this agreement. Your continued participation in the
jerseydevilpaidemail.comprogram following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates* and is void where prohibited by
local governing laws.

We will only accept NEW members from the following Countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.
You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
jerseydevilpaidemail.comaccount including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use
your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by
jerseydevilpaidemail.com (such as more than 3 cheat links clicked, incorrect user information or bad keywords selected, using cheat software)
be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any
solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving
credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up

You must maintain login to you account once every 30 days to remain active
jerseydevilpaidemail.com.
You agree to receive e-mail advertising from
jerseydevilpaidemail.com.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from
jerseydevilpaidemail.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and

are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship
between you and
jerseydevilpaidemail.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
jerseydevilpaidemail.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:

will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or
jerseydevilpaidemail.com
program, even if
jerseydevilpaidemail.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
jerseydevilpaidemail.com
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
CHEATING:
Members who are caught cheating will have there account terminated and will not be paid their earnings. Instances of cheating include(but not limited to) the following:
1) Clicking on more than 3 cheat links in a 6 month period.
2) Caught using automated software to access the site.
3) Having multiple accounts. Examples: same IP address, same Payment Account or same computer ID.
4) Caught Cheating Affiliate Promote page in any way.
5) Being inactive (has not clicked on a single ad) for 30 days or more**See Detailed Activity Clause below.
6) Having incorrect info listed in user's account
7) Having Invalid or Incomplete Payment info
8) Have bad interests selected in their accounts such as cheater, I cheat, or selecting search when not from a search friendly country.

Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
jerseydevilpaidemail.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the
jerseydevilpaidemail.com
program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by
jerseydevilpaidemail.com.
jerseydevilpaidemail.com
will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate of $3.00.
jerseydevilpaidemail.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. PayPal payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
Members only need to make 1 request - multiple payment request will result in delays. Payments are made in the order they are received - requesting multiple times will on result in the request being bumped to the bottom of the list.
Inactivity Clause:
(Inactives are members who have not clicked on a link for 30 days)
Inactive accounts will not receive payout.
Also if you do not click within 7 days of joining site and try and redeem you will loose account and earnings.
Payout Requests and/or Ad Redemptions will be rejected and account will be deleted when found inactive.
Your account and all earnings will be forfeited if your account falls inactive.
Affiliate Pages:
Affiliate Pages are purchased advertisement pages.
Affiliate pages will receive bonus commission when promoted by the affiliate member whom purchased the ad page.
Affiliate pages may be promoted most anyplace, but must be above the fold and not within frames smaller than 600x600 pixels in size.
Paid to Promote
Paid to Promote rate is based on sales of page views and banner impressions versus number of hits received. The rate for promotion is set each month on the 1st of the month and will vary from month to month (this rate will be set according to sales and ad inventory for the ptp page). Paid to Promote earnings will be credited directly to Members Accounts in real time (no credits to convert).
PTP Activity Clause:
The Paid To Promote is an additional feature to the PTR.
You must be active in the PTR to use the PTP feature,
by clicking a minimum of 50 Ads per month
If you are caught abusing the PTP your PTP will be suspended and your account is at
risk of deletion.
You may NOT just run the PTP link and cashout!
So anyone caught not getting minimum amount of clicks per month
(They are re-set every month)
1st time will be suspended from PTP for 30 days. And Ad click requirement must be fullfilled before being unsuspended - It is the members responsiblity to request unsuspension.
2nd time will be suspended from PTP 2 FULL Months. And Ad click requirement must be fullfilled before being unsuspended - It is the members responsiblity to request unsuspension.
3rd time loose account and all earning.
During PTP suspension - NO PTP Earnings will be paid to member.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with
jerseydevilpaidemail.com
and may result in legal prosecution.

strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming
as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident.

may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.

will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
